Jeanne Gray
Background
Jeanne has never had a cup of coffee in her life. In the words of Taylor Swift, “like, ever.” She’s not sure how she made it through college or the early days of motherhood.
Prior to joining Relay Therapeutics, Jeanne Gray was the Chief People Officer at Aura, a digital security company. There, she led the company’s people and culture strategy from start up to high growth, including a 15x growth in employee size, integrating five acquisitions in 18 months and surpassing a $1 billion valuation. Prior to joining Aura, Jeanne was EVP and Global Head of People Operations at Decision Resources Group, a healthcare analytics and insights provider with over 1,300 employees worldwide. She also previously held several HR leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in the recruiting, talent, and HR business partner functions.
Jeanne holds a M.S. in HR Management from Emmanuel College and a B.A. in Communication from Stonehill College.
