Outside of work, Colleen is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She and her family have explored over 37 National Parks—mostly through hiking and camping—and have also visited a wide range of National Battlefields, Historic Sites, Monuments, Seashores, and Recreation Areas.

As Vice President of Medical Affairs at Relay Therapeutics, Colleen oversees all aspects of clinical trial engagement and awareness for the company’s clinical-stage breast cancer program. She oversees the Global Medical Affairs function and partners closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to develop solutions to drive awareness and enrollment, integrate critical insights into medical strategy, and build networks and partnerships to advance clinical trials and patient identification.

Prior to joining Relay Therapeutics, Colleen led Medical Affairs Strategy and Operations at Menarini-Stemline. She spent 18 years at Novartis Oncology in various Medical Affairs roles, most recently leading the U.S. Breast Integrated Disease Medical Team, where she was the medical lead for the U.S. launch of alpelisib (Piqray®) and supported the ongoing development of ribociclib (Kisqali®). Throughout her career, Colleen has contributed to more than 10 product launches and numerous indication expansions across hematology, oncology, and rare diseases.
