Jenny Gao, M.D.
Background
Jenny restarted piano lessons as an adult when her kids started learning piano.
As Senior Medical Director, Precision Medicine, Jennifer (Jenny) Gao plays a pivotal role as a medical monitor, driving the late-phase development of RLY-2608 in advanced breast cancer. She is on Relay Tx’s clinical development team, leading the clinical strategy and execution of oncology clinical trials, engaging with clinical trial investigators, integrating scientific insights, and contributing to the critical regulatory and operational aspects of Relay’s oncology portfolio.
Prior to joining Relay, Jenny was an Associate Director at the FDA Oncology Center of Excellence, where she spearheaded several educational, engagement, labeling, and policy initiatives, in addition to leading FDA multidisciplinary teams in the review of numerous NDA/BLA and IND applications and industry meetings.
Jenny received her M.D. from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Her internal medicine training was at Massachusetts General Hospital, and medical oncology fellowship was at the National Cancer Institute.
