Soo-Yeun Lim

As General Counsel, Soo-Yeun Lim leads all aspects of Relay Therapeutics’ legal function. Soo brings to Relay Therapeutics more than 15 years of experience leading and advising life sciences companies on corporate governance, strategic business transactions, public and private financings and other legal matters. Prior to Relay Therapeutics, Soo was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Dragonfly Therapeutics where she oversaw the legal, compliance and intellectual property functions. Prior to Dragonfly, Soo served as VP, Corporate Legal at Relay Therapeutics and Senior Corporate Counsel at AVEO Oncology. Soo began her legal career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, representing companies on a broad range of corporate matters and financing transactions. She holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a B.A. from Yonsei University.
