Tom Catinazzo

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom Catinazzo oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, procurement and treasury, as well as managing the information technology, informatics and operations functions. Tom brings to Relay Therapeutics more than 12 years of extensive experience in the biotechnology field. Prior to Relay Therapeutics, he was vice president of financial planning and analysis at Foundation Medicine, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business planning functions, including support of Foundation Medicine’s long-range strategic plan. Previously, Tom worked at Aileron Therapeutics, as well as Genzyme Corporation in various business unit finance roles.

Tom holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College.
